Two houses, two signatures
One crafts China's great blended aroma; the other, the expressive strong-aroma of Jiangsu. Together they tell the story of modern Chinese baijiu.
Kouzijiao · 口子窖
Distilling in Huaibei, Anhui since the Tang dynasty, Kouzijiao pioneered Jianxiang — blended aroma — weaving the depth of sauce aroma with the lift of strong aroma. Aged in clay vats, from 5 to 20 years.
Guoyuan · 国缘
The premium line of Jinshiyuan from Jiangsu's legendary Gaogou brewing town. A strong-aroma house known for floral, honeyed spirits from a gentle 42% to a bold 52% vol.
